Ok, it's On!!

So I'm super serious about my weight loss now. I've been eating super healthy (with the occasional treat) and exercising the last two weeks. I'm already down 5 pounds. I am absolutely determined to get to within a healthy BMI. I'm tired of being in the "Overweight" part of the chart. It seems like a lot right now, but I think 30-40 pounds of weight loss would put me at a very healthy weight and improve all other aspects of my health.
