Addiction is a funny thing.  Everyone seems to have one (or a few).  Be it booze, cigarettes, food, shopping, exercise - I don't think I've met a person who doesn't have one form of an addiction or another.  Addiction is just the way that we try to feel good about ourselves, about our lives.

I've been eating super healthy (with the occasional treat) and exercising the last two weeks.  I'm already down 5 pounds.  I am absolutely determined to get to within a healthy BMI.  I'm tired of being in the "Overweight" part of the chart. My left hip flexor has been bothering me a bit, but I think it's due to my kicks, which I've been wearing for like 3 years. Need to buy new ones with more absorption.Also, I test for my yellow belt in Taekwondo tomorrow.
